WorkLife Complete puts you in control of your cost and handles all the details by implementing a comprehensive turn-key HR and Benefits platform. The set monthly amount that you choose funds the three components of healthcare, ancillary benefits and outsourcing services.
Component I: Healthcare
In an easy to understand enrollment kit, your employees will be able to independently choose from three levels of coverage that will show their contribution levels via payroll deduction (the difference between your employer contribution and the total premium amount on a pay per cycle basis).
Component II: Ancillary Benefits
With WorkLife Complete, your employees are able to customize their benefits to best fit their individual needs. Employees are able to elect from a suite of ancillary benefit offerings, including: Dental; Vision; Life / AD&D; Flexible Spending Account; and Disability - Short and Long Term.
Component III: Outsourcing Services
WorkLife HRSM will handle all of your human resource, payroll, benefits and workers’ compensation needs. Our services include valuable Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) coverage and access to healthcare information and assistance via eDocAmerica.
WorkLife Core provides the same primary HR and Payroll platform as WorkLife Complete, however, it does not provide embedded healthcare, ancillary benefits, 401(k) or workers’ compensation, though they can be added on individually.
WorkLife Payroll provides web based payroll administration and payroll tax filings.
